Introduced in 2004, the R22O has quickly become the talk of the waterways. Incorporating many of the design features found on our center console R26O flagship, the R22O is a well-appointed boat. She has a spacious 8'6" beam with the Hydro-Lift hull design for a smooth, stable and dry ride. There's room on the dash for electronics along with a I2-volt receptacle, beverage holders, a tinted Plexiglas windscreen and a stainless steel grab rail. Unlike most out-board fishing boats, the aft bulkhead hinges forward with stainless steel gas-assist struts, providing easy access to the bilge area for hassle free maintenance. Our full-width transom seat folds flush with the transom wall so you can use the padded bolster while working or landing a fish.
INSULATED, LIGHTED LIVEWELL
Easily the largest in its class our huge 35-gallon livewell system is part of the bolster and centered in the cockpit for maximum convenience to everyone onboard. Red
lighting provides optimum visibility for those that like to fish non-stop sun up to Sundown. Rod holders are easily within arm’s reach.
STORAGE, CONSOLE WITH ENCLOSED HEAD
An extra not found on most boats in this size range, our lockable console compartment is big enough to house a standard porta-potti. The console is also a
huge storage area.
lNSULATED FISHBOXES
The R22O has two 30—gallon and one 60-gallon fishbox all with brass hullside drains. Oversized insulated fishboxes have hinged lids with stainless steel gas-assist struts. Our lockers are conveniently positioned onboard and provide greater catch capacity while maximizing ice reserves allowing you to fish longer.
ROD STORAGE WITH REEL PROTECTORS
No matter what the centerline length, we know what fishermen need. Robalo provides onboard storage for up to 14 rods. Chafe protectors in the cockpit storage areas help protect expensive tackle. A gaff holder is positioned portside for easy access when landing an aggressive fish.
